Very well staffed and thoroughly knowledgeable staff. The setting was right in the Pioneer Square on the lower level and it was a lovely new facility.

Me and my friend went there to ask about site seeing tours and attraction in the city, the staff were very helpful and friendly, they received us with big smile and provided us will all needed information, there guidance was really appreciated.

Double check some of the times you are given for the tours. If you are interested in a tour then go to the window where the tickets are sold and confirm the times. Lots of good maps and info.More

There is a Hop On Hop Off bus available. The bus and tickets are located across the street and behind the Portland Visitor Information Center.
