Much construction going on, but if in area should see. The courthouse is there and it is near other places. But not what it should be until construction is over

could not figure out what to see here. Just a bunch of commercial shopping but not much portland charm.

During lunch hour you can usually catch some live entertainment at Pioneer Courthouse Square. When It's sunny a lot of people enjoy eating lunch and if you enjoy watching people, you will find lots of interesting people going about there daily schedule.

We have been to this space for events [in the past FEAST Portland], or for most current visit to enjoy morning sun and coffee and watch people for a break as we walked from one area of downtown to another. Around this Square are many transit connections as well as fun shops.

There is nothing special at this location, except, maybe a Starbucks, if you need some coffee. If you happen to be close by, you can just walk through and look around. Not worth a special visit.

Lovely shopping district, couple blocks from famous food trucks, but under major construction through the summer! Visit again when it is all revamped!

The square and its surrounding area provide a terrific opportunity to engage with people and others resembling bipeds. The assortment of tents, shopping carts and people engaged in fund raising will provide hours of entertainment and an educational experience for small children. Visitors will have more time to enjoy the square as businesses immediately adjacent to the Courthouse and square... More

It's a nice place to people watch, but there's usually a decent amount of shady people lurking. There's a Starbucks in the Square and food carts, so you can grab coffee or a snack. My favorite time to go is during the holidays-there's a Christmas tree and the area is decorated with holiday stuff.
