We loved this incredibly gigantic bookstore !!! All topics and kind of books for all ages are available, new or used. Every shelf / section has little handwritten notes on some books and all the staff is very competent in their advice.

Fun to walk around the many levels. They ANYTHING you would want. We arrived around 9 am on Sunday. After Powell's we checked out some of downtown. Later that afternoon Powell's was almost too busy to enjoy that "just browsing" vibe.
