They open at 11 am and have a brewery, museum, and distillery. They sell non-alcoholic drinks like root beer, and cucumber soft drinks. Located by the pier.

Sorry, unable to that question. Our visit had all the tables upstairs full, and downstairs people were standing waiting. Check out the Rogue Nation website, call the number, and ask them. Agree with previous reviewers.
