Love the short dunes and the broad beaches. We had fun just playing in the sand and running up the hills. A great place to stop for a little playtime.

Great walking trails in the woods and dune areas as well as a long wide beach to explore. Lovely area. Short or long walks with some boardwalk ocean viewpoints.

This state park is close to the beach, there are walking path that go thru the woods along the beach, with access to the beach. Large RV parking and all is clean and very peaceful. It is about two miles from Newport.

Fireworks are not firer off around the campground. But people do fire them on the beach. Just park away from the beach.
