Eden Valley Orchards 2319 Voorhies Road Medford, OR 97501 This orchard property has been in cultivation since the mid-1850s. Joseph H. Stewart bought and named Eden Valley Orchards in 1885 and became widely recognized as the father of the commercial pear industry in Southern Oregon. It historically has been a social gathering place for local people, and its proportions, surrounding amenities, and valley views are highly attractive to guests. Our estate pears are made into hard pear cider to be released this winter.

We have never wine-tasted in the Rogue Valley area and were excited to see a new area. EdenVale was absolutely beautiful in its landscaping and statue. The wine was good, tasting room was located in the old carriage house with many original components still intact....More

We were invited for an anniversary party, and had a wonderful time. It is a winery and has a full kitchen for catering. The food was amazing along with the service and the history of this old Voorhes Mansion.

Wonderful old building and the grounds are nice to walk around and see all the beauty around you. Great choice of fine wines and they also have beer for the none wine lover. Good prices for wine tasting and per bottle. Sometimes they have music.

Stopped at this winery first and came back to buy some wine! Had some very nice reds and whites. Also, had a pear cider that was very good.

EdenVale is my favorite winery, and what makes them stand out among the many other Southern Oregon wineries is how they age their wine before release. You can try their 2006 Claret, a 2007 Syrah, and many wines just as old. They were made for...More

First time here. Met friends from out of town. Beautiful location in early 1900's estate and pear orchard. Wonderful whites and reds. However, ask to try the Pear Cider. Refreshing!!
