A nice way to teach your kids about railway history, plus a cute little ride. Sometimes the miniature portion is open. Usually it is only open on Sundays, unless scheduled.

When you step into the train park, your mind will be transformed back to the old times. A much simpler time. You can even have a message sent over Morse code from one park location to another. You can ride the miniature trains around the miles of groomed track that shows how beautiful and majestic the Pacific Northwest is. This... More

We were in Medford on a Sunday so I did a search for the park. I was hoping it might have a Christmas theme going on since the grandsons like trains and we have never been in town on the right days. Google brought up a big page of info and showed it being open. We found it right after... More

They are open every other weekend during their season. It is a fun place to spend a day with kids. A great look at some real trains and some fun small trains kids and adults can ride. They have hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones that are reasonably priced.

The museum was alot of fun. I am always interested in trains and this did not disappoint me. We did have a few people ask if we had children with us, as it has an area perfect for children and picnicking. They had volunteers at different rr cars, who were very informative. They run completely on donations and do not... More

I visited this "train wonderland" and really was impressed. A lot of different scenes spread over a large area. All of this is done by very dedicated volunteers and done very well. This place sees several thousand visitors each month from May through October. A good place for birthday parties or a Sunday afternoon picnic/train ride. I will go back!!!!

Its a nice railroad park and fun to go with family and friends there. We liked it that one could picnic there as well as they have a snack bar.

Great fun for families with young children and anyone who loves railroads. Club members are extremely dedicated to this project, which operates completely on donations and concessions. Gets better every year and they do special shows for the holidays as well.
