For those with young kids in love with aviation this is a must go place. Wonderfully organized by eras - from the early aviation days to the flights to the moon and the orbital space labs, you could literally spend a whole day looking at the planes, listening to all the well informed and super friendly guides, watching the movies,... The Spruce Goose is the main attraction, but once you are at the museum you will be amazed by the size and variety of the display. A huge collection of aircraft, spacecraft and flight-related collectibles. Docents that are actual pilots, many of them former military heroes that actually flew the planes. Great detail about each item, but not preachy or... More

We toured both Museums during our visit. I have been there about three times. Need at least 3-4 hours to do both. Probably longer if you have children. Out back if its nice, there was a collection of old Army tanks, and vehicles. Very cool to go inside the Spruce Goose. Pretty busy the weekend we went, but plenty of... More

This museum is not huge as the one in DC. But it is amazing enough to see different kinds of subsonic and supersonic aviation technologies altogether in two different complexes. From famous Mustang and Spitfire to Hercules and SR 78 and Titan missile and space capsules you will be amazed how compactly and beautifully this museum presents the whole history... More

Took the grandkids and they enjoyed their time there. We actually liked it so much that we joined the yearly membership. We will be back again. Very nice collection of aircraft!

I have been to EASM a number of times, most recently this past May. It is an attractive complex with three large buildings housing their collection. The highlight is the Spruce Goose, built by Howard Hughes, and at the time the largest aircraft in existence. Happily, there are MANY other planes and spacecraft, as well as an IMAX theater, that... First class! I have been to Boeing Field, the Smithsonian, Houston NASA, Cape Canaveral, and countless other aviation/space museums. I would rank this one as #1 for the value. So easy to see everything in both buildings, plus the IMAX theater in another building, and the multi story indoor water park for kids ...... they slide out of a 747... More

One of the best flight museums I've visited and I've seen more than a few. Give yourself at least 3 or 4 hours. I had about 3 hours because I had to get back on the road. I wish I had the extra hour.

It had been a number of years since I had been to The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum. There have a lot of changes in that time. Now there are two museums of aircraft and spacecraft along with a theatre showing aviation films. The gem of the exhibit is of course the Spruce Goose; the creation of Howard Hughes and... More

So many airplanes to see in one building, truly an amazing place! There are several videos to watch and information to read about various planes - best of all, you can do it all at your own pace. The 3-D movie we chose to watch was very interesting. We were running short on time and didn't make it to the... More
