The museum is very nice ... with separate buildings for the air side and the space side. The space displays were lacking in actual items ... with the Gemini and Apollo capsules suspended high above and out of view. The panels explaining the items were...More

This museum is well worth going to. We went to the main building and spent hours looking at all the planes and equipment. The people were very helpful. We will go back and see more when we have more time.

I have a history with the Spruce Goose from when it was transferred to Oregon. It is beyond comprehension, but that was the way Howard Hughes thought. In addition to all the priceless exhibits the cutaway radial engine alone is worth the visit. There are...More

Well, it was pouring down rain and we had driven almost two hours from Eugene to experience this attraction. My expectations were high. I had purchased the annual membership for $75, which allowed admission me and my guests admission. Once inside the aviation pavilion, we...More

We spent a few hours at this museum in March and were not disappointed. This is a well-curated museum spanning 3 handsome buildings. One building houses the aviation-history artifacts, and just barely contains the gigantic Spruce Goose plane. We were led on a wonderful, interactive,...More

With the movie, at least two hours. This is a minimum, and you would be somewhat rushed.

Yes there is a snack bar type of restaurant. We left and got lunch elsewhere and came back in on the same ticket. I think they stamped our hand if I remember. We did have to do something before we left
