Fun time with challenging course

I loved the elevation challenged and the side hills. It was very windy the 2 days we played but I'm told it's not the norm. Greens were consistent and speedy.

I love this golf course, especially on a clear day. You have views of both Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood plus surrounded by orchards, which were in bloom. Not only is the course beautiful but fun to play. While a challenge it can be forgiving.

Went to this beautiful golf course yesterday and what great shape their course is in. The greens were like greased lightning and so true. The golf course is in amazing shape and worth every penny. The bar and restaurant are amazing also. The golf carts are really nice, the pros are truly good people. The views of the mountains are... More

#8 – Great mountain-golf par 3, where you’re shooting down at the hole, while a rounded hill seems to rise directly behind the green. Dotted with pines, but mostly bald at its peak, the mountain reminds you that you’re at the junction of the high desert and the Pacific Northwest.

Don't be fooled by their website as other than the holes next to the clubhouse (see photo) the course was poorly maintained and not well designed...a number of blind holes.

Hi DaPheonix, My Name is Tyson Jacobs I am the General Manager and Superintendent at Indian Creek Golf Course. I was wondering if you could be more specific about the golf course being "poorly maintained" , we maintain every part of the golf course with the same mowers, same people, same fertilizer, water and every employee takes great pride in... An incredible course up above the river. You can see several of the mountains in the Cascade Range from here. Phenomenal scenery as you play the 18-holes here. Breathtaking is one word to describe the views. Difficult is the word to describe the course. But well worth the time to play it.

This I a great Golf Course located in Hood River Oregon. Its a exspensive golf course if you don't get a golf deal. Every hole is scenic and Beautiful and the course is well manicured. After golfing 18 holes we like to take advantage of the "Grill" and have a nice glass of wine and indulge in there HH or... More

Indian Creek Club has an extremely nice dining room and wonderful outdoor dining , weather permitting. We stopped by for an early dinner and were surprised at the good selection. Our meals were very tasty and we also enjoyed the locally brewed beer that they feature.

Had dinner after 9 holes. They were very accommodating for the golf game. We were able to pack a cooler from the bar for our cart. The course is wonderful, well maintained. The dinner server was pretty slow, but very nice. All around a pleasant experience.

Service from the Pro Shop was excellent! The experience for my husband and I (as 25 handicaps) was wonderful! If you golf, and find yourself in the Gorge, this course is a "must"!
