Wine Tasting and Snacks

Wine tasting was so fun. I also bought a wonderful tasting snack box. It was full of meats, crakers dip, fruit, and candy. I am looking forward to going again soon.

My maiden name is Sarver, therefore, we HAD to visit during our trip to Oregon in June! (Not sure how or if related.) As we made our way up the road to the place, the views just kept getting better and better. You will be truly amazed once you reach the destination. Sitting above the vineyards looking down and away,... More

The lady who served us was very helpful and the wines were very good. This was our third stop of the day so we were in need for a little something to eat. This winery has appetizers that you can purchase for a very reasonable price. We had the olive tapenade with crusty, French bread - excellent! I'd definitely recommend... More

Right at the south of Oregon's Willamette Valley, just west of Eugene, Sarver has a great tasting room with excellent views and friendly knowledgeable staff. In addition to some excellent wines ($2/wine tasting fee), you can buy cheese platters and wood-fired pizzas (on the weekend). The perfect stop for lunch, if it's a sunny day, take a table on the... This lovely out of the way location is simply the perfect place to spend a couple of hours. Gorgeous views and a wonderful staff compliment this winery. I attended a bridal shower here in early August and we were provided picnic tables under a canopy of trees that looked out over the valley and fields of wine grapes.

We only had one day to explore southern Oregon's wine trail but this place won our vote for hospitality. Ian was a fountain of info about all the wines but really shined when he poured me a 4 year flight of pinot noir. The differences between the years based on weather were easily understood. We'll be back.

My family took me to an afternoon at Sarver Winery in Eugene when they had music on the terrace. There was a large gathering but we all shared tables and enjoyed three different white wines with cheeses, olives and meats. It was a wonderful afternoon. We're planning another trip to try the red wines soon.

This was our second visit to Sarver but won't be our last! They have an excellent full range of Wines including excellent Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir. The property features some beautiful views of the valley and friendly people that make you feel genuinely welcome to be there. Cheers!

I love Sarver! Family owned relaxing winery close to west eugene! The view is fabulous and the place is usually not crowded, except for Friday music nights! The wines are incredible too, especially the Syrah. Excellent venue!
