My wife and I found this Vineyard on the way to Lange winery, but driving on this winding gravel road made us anxious so I saw there sign (Torri Mor) and turned in. We were greeted by a cat on the steps leading to the tasting room, inside was a cool Japanese themed decor, the grounds were a Japanese garden... More

The wine was ok but the beautifully landscaped grounds and deck overlooking Mt Hood are the draw here. Sip a glass overlooking the valley and mountain range.

We had the opportunity to do a cellar tour here (last one for the season) and it was outstanding. Ian, our host, was very knowledgeable about the entire wine making process and gave us a fantastic tour of the cellar. We were also fortunate enough to run in to the wine maker for a brief conversation. This tasting room has... More

This was one of two wineries recommended to us by friends, and this was by far my favorite. Barb was great - friendly, answered our questions, provided good information on the wines and process of making the wines. She recommended other wineries in the area and has free tasting cards to try the others. The surrounding views are beautiful. Well... More

This was, without doubt, our favorite wine experience in the Willamette Valley. Full disclosure - we paid $35 per person for a private tasting which included the tasting room, tasting from the barrels in the barrel room, as well as cheese, salami and crackers in the barrel room while tasting. In all, we spent about two hours tasting (and snacking)... More

Smaller tasting room, but they do have a huge deck and outside seating. The grounds are lovely, and everything on the tasting menu was outstanding. We left with several bottles we mayor may not be able to age, because they already tasted fabulous. Nice little Japanese garden to the side of the tasting room. It was quieter than some of... More

This winery is a bit off the beaten path but worth the effort. They have excellent wine and reasonable prices. Their location is awesome with a big deck with views of the countryside. Their Japanese Garden is a gem. They have a tasting room in Woodinville, WA as well! Sante!

After two days at the Allison and 8 wineries, we were scheduled to head back to Portland and Seattle after a great Anniversary weekend. We had seen Torii Mor wines on the menu at the Allison, and read good reviews about the winery. We decided one more tasting wouldn't hurt, so we headed up in the hills, down a gravel... More

I am not sure if I enjoyed the Reisling or the Syrah Port the most but I am sure that I loved this setting more than any other of the wineries we visited in Oregon. The server was so enthusiastic about the wines and the history behind the creation of this winery and this made the stop super enjoyable. Loved... More

It is absolutely enjoyable to sit on the deck and taste wine. The views of the Vineyards were lovely and I enjoyed seeing Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2014 Viognier, so besides a taste we shared a bottle which was perfect for a summer afternoon. I also liked the 2013 Yamhill Carlton Select... More
