The park has created a "garden for all seasons" and an observation building which offers spectacular views of seascapes and migrating whales.

On a warm day the plants and flowers are so enjoyable. During stormy weather the spray of the water against the rock is impressive. Nice gift shop too and informative personnel.

I love Shore Acres! Wonderful hiking, interesting rock formations, intriguing history, peaceful gardens. Just a wonderful place to spend a few hours or days as we camped at Sunset Bay State Park.

We've been coming here for years and still love walking the gardens and seeing the variety of flowers and plants. Beautiful views of the ocean as well. We've seen whales from the cove behind the garden in the past. Close to Sunset Bay State Park.

This is a place one should see. Acres of gardens. So many plants to see. Maintained beautifully. The Rose Garden was in full bloom. Very peaceful.

I have to agree with the statement above. Winter months and incoming tides are the best times for huge waves and the spray crashing on the rocks.
