While staying in the area recently we had occasion to travel both this bridge and the Hood River Bridge. They are both similar privately owned toll bridges but the Bridge of the Gods is a far more inspiring though smaller bridge. The latter is a...More

$2 toll each way was well worth it! The view was amazing, coffee on the Washington side was delicious! The fact that this is where the pacific crest trail crosses the river is cool too!

I was visiting shortly after the Eagle Creek wildfires, so the Historic Columbia Highway was closed. I ended up driving east from Portland on I-14 (Washington side) and crossing at the Bridge of Gods. Gorgeous bridge and well worth the small toll to cross into...More

It is well worth a trip to Oregon to see this. There is a very nice hotel nearby and a great restaurant with basic fare such as a nice and tasty cheeseburger and fries you can savor while looking at the spectacular view

It's a handy way to get back and forth, of course, as bridges are intended. A beautiful bridge to look upon. Nice small towns on either side. Epic view while you are on it. And yeah, the $2 is only one way, I thought? Well...More

We always cross this bridge when we go to the Columbia River Gorge. It is so beautiful. It cost $2.00 for a car to cross. On the Washington side, there is a good place to park to take a picture of the bridge.
