Beautiful coast.

Any drive to any where along this coast is beautiful. Worth the drive. There are hiking trails and scenic views along the way. Enjoy.

Very cool lighthouse and makes for some great pictures. We saw it from Ecola State Park, which allows for some great views.

We really enjoyed the lighthouse and it's location and to learn more about all of these in the area on the coast. It was a unique opportunity to learn the lives of these folks that were maintaining these before there was electricity!

You can see this from shore. It appears that it used to be a light house but now is a place for rich people's dead bodies. At least a guy told me that. It looks cool from shore. Worth seeing.

Really cool place. You can see it best from The Ecola State park but you can see it from Cannon Beach just not as well. The history of how it was build and how the rock was leveled is really interesting check it out!

Read the history on the lighthouse! Though you can't get to it you can get great pictures from Ecola.

It is well worth the walk from the parking lot to the lighthouse. The State Park provides interesting information. It is also a great place to take pictures of the beach.

We were able to get a great view from Ecola however the lighthouse is so far away that I wish I hadn't left my binoculars in the car. It would have been fun to visit it but this is a "see from a distance only" lighthouse. We were able to find some very delicious wild blackberries at our viewing spot.... More

And is fun to collect small shells and agates! Have fun! It's windy so bring a kite. And a picnic to... More

We've seen the lighthouse several times and it's a good view. The lighthouse is about a mile offshore so bring binoculars. Terrible Tilly is not active and hasn't been for a while. Families of the deceased my place the remains in the lighthouse - interesting.
