My favorite of the four Bandon Dunes courses. Also has a great restaurant. The pancakes for breakfast and the bratwurst for lunch are the best. Also at this location is the super fun Punch bBowl 18 hole putting course.

I make regular trips with my students and it is a huge success every time! Particularly Pacific Dunes: it has everything you could ever want in a golf course and the restaurant is awesome. If your tee times allow, go to Pacific Dunes for their...More

we visited with friends of ours after our hiking club walked 6 miles around all of the bandon dunes courses. Had never eated here, why did we wait so long? It was so good. I can't remember what I had, but there were 4 of...More

Played two rounds on Monday and Tuesday in December. Fantastic condition. Truly memorable golf experience. We played from the front gold tees to make the round a little easier. Caddy mark was very helpful and saved me quite a lot of putts. Hardly saw another...More

Of the 4 wonderful courses at the Bandon Dunes Resort, Pacific Dunes is clearly my favorite. Great short Par-4 holes (#1,2,6 and 16), awesome ocean-side holes (#3,4,10,11,13), a quirky back nine with only 2 par 4s, fantastic routing and variety, not a weak hole in...More

Let me start by saying this is a great golf course with some very scenic views. I would give it 5 stars, but I tend to be a tough grader so let's call it 4-1/2 stars. The reason for the deduction is the fact that...More

I played the Pacific Dunes course in February and was blessed with a windy, sunny day with the temperature in the 50s and 60s. It was an enjoyable day following the white ball around a magnificent golf course with constant views of the Pacific Ocean.

Great course, excellent conditon. Not too long, good tee placement for the ladies, however plays long due to wind. Like all Bandon courses, play earliest tee time you can get- afternoon wind is brutal. Last holes are off water and somewhat protected. Lots of change...More

One of the best public courses you'll find in the world. I love the Tom Doak routing and the views are amazing. A bit different with just two par 4's on the back nine.

This course is perhaps the most challenging in terms of the wind and accuracy needed to score well. The scenery is simply wonderful and adds to the challenge. The wind was howling between 15 and 25 so made playing extremely challenging. The course requires shot...More
