Another cool attraction! Definitely a quick visit/photo op but certainly a worthwhile stop if you're in the area or driving along Route 66!

The Golden Driller is a Tulsa Icon, if you are visiting Tulsa, drive by and stop if you can for a selfie, you're going to need a really big selfie stick though.

I don't know why this is a Thing. My recommendation? Take a photo of the giant statue and go about your business.

enjoyed this tall man and his drill rig, How does he survive a tornado? Has he ever been damaged by one? Keep asking these questions and maybe some one will answer it. how many times have they had to repair him due to damage

A must see when you come to Tulsa. Especially now that an Amusement Park in France has a Golden Driller tower ride. And as big as the Statue of Liberty, it's worth coming to see.

Really big! Good landmark of Route 66 in Tulsa, OK. Very good for photographs. It is nice to see it!

Its just a huge statue, with rough design. You can't really expect many beauties of arts from it. It is just a symbol for drilling history. You can just drop by, take a picture, then move on your journey.
