The zoo is a work in progress. I try to support the animals by paying admission fees, but I feel sad when see their living conditions. The carousel is ok, but too short. Perhaps the new area make the zoo a less depressing place to go.

This is a zoo. It is expanding has new facilities being built. As you go through, you can see the progress. Great family place. It's not San Diego, but it's still worth a yearly pass.

Didn't realize it was so big. We didn't get to finish all the way around. Seem to accommodate the animals habitats fairly well. But, the smell in the bird building was extremely overwhelming. Very limited menu items to choose from.

I went with my husband and daughter which was almost 6 years old. It was a little chilly but most of the animals were out to see. I hate visiting zoos where the animals are not outside to view them. There was a lot of animal exhibits closed but other wise awesome to see. Best advice: bring food. The restaurant... More

There is quite a bit of construction room going on for. Ew exhibits, but always a joy to see all the animals. We loved the giraffes and lions.

A small zoo currently under a large renovation project. A nice place to go for an afternoon. A array of animals from around the world but nothing special. Like most small zoos it needs a little more upkeep. The staff however were all polite and welcomed all guests no matter where they were working. Worth seeing

It is a nice zoo. The new "Lost World" exhibit under construction looks like it will be excellent. The animal talk for the sea lions was really fun and informative.
