Beautiful early 1900s home of E. W. Marland. Also has memorabilia from the 101 Ranch Wild West Show and many Native American clothing and artifacts. Interesting and educational.

Last year we saw the Marland Mansion and did not realize he lived in another grand home. This one was beautiful, also. Three floors to see including a DAR museum located in what once was the 3 car garage. Lots of history to view and a BEAUTIFULLY decorated home. Very well labeled as you walk around on self-guided tour. But... More

We did a self-guided tour. What an amazing house! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the house and of the grounds. The history behind it is something we didn't know -- fascinating. Must see for every Okie!

This is a great home to tour. Unfortunately, the tour guide did not show up so we had to do a self guided tour from reading a pamplet we received at the desk. Learned a lot of local history and loved seeing all of the beauty inside as well as outside on the beautiful grounds of the home. Would highly... More

This home was Marland's first mansion. It has been preserved beautifully. It's a great place to have a reception or party. The staircase is a nice place to take pictures. There is an awesome mural in the main room depicting one of E.W. Marland's fox hunts. There is a great plaza on the east lawn giving tribute to the designer... More

This seemed to be more of a home than the Marland Mansion. It was still a grand and beautiful home. This home included the first indoor pool in Oklahoma and it was huge. This was not a guided tour. We were free to roam through most of the home. The furniture was period but not that which belonged to the... More

I never wanted to leave this home. It was filled with history and style. The guides were extremely knowledgable and had good stories to tell. Our group was split into two groups for the tour, but from conversation following the tour, I gleaned that both guides were equally well versed on the home's history.

This place was really interesting. It is hard to imagine what this place was like when it was built. There even is an indoor swimming pool. Was suppose to be the first on Oklahoma. The Marlands left this place for a bigger place. Must have been nice to have all of that money. They had great taste for sure. You... More
