Beach was fun to walk and metal detect. Didn't find anything exciting, but the kids had a good time looking at rocks and shells. Bathrooms were clean. The scenery was pretty.

The state has got so high on their camping, showers, ect. We don't camp there anymore because of the prices. If they would give tokens for the showers ( I take 7+ Grandkids) after you pay for the camping that would cut the cost down...More

We camped 2 nights in the Choctaw area. Level sites, quiet area. The showers / restrooms could use more frequent cleaning ( by the way, bring a dollars worth of quarters if you like a long shower). The scenery is wonderful and hiking is nice....More
