Another really nice place to visit, in Oklahoma. It is clean, well kept and a famous rapelling sight. There is a pool, open in the summer and lots of hiking. It is in a canyon and can get warm, but oh, is it prettyl

Lots of nice big campsites and beautiful red sandstone canyon walls. Beware of the road down with larger campers, the turns aren't the concern so much as the steep twisting angle.

Camping in Red Rock Canyon is exquisite. For the most part it is very quiet and free of unwanted noise. Great place to hike the trails and practice a rappel. Great Wet and dry campsites are available.

We happened onto this State Park quiet by chance. We were so glad we took the time to see it. It was an awesome drive not far from I-40 near the town of Hinton, OK. Beautiful place!

I visited this park 30 years ago. Traveling through the area, I made a return trip. This park us a hidden gem that's totally unexpected. Grab lunch in town and take a couple of hours to enjoy its seclusion and beauty.

What I beautiful place. You need to pay to enter the national park but it's worth it - I think ours was $20. We drove all the way to the bottom and took a short walk. We didn't camp but there were many camping spots...More

Fantastic place to camp for the night, my wife and I had the pick of a tent site and we chose to camp right next to the rocks that give the park its name. Absolutely beautiful and very affordable camping

Sorry, no cabins to rent. Roman Nose State Park, 40 miles north of Red Rock Canyon State Park, has a lodge, and cabins, too, I think.
