We had fun feeding many llama and burros but not many other animals. We had a 4 wheel drive vehicle and you’d almost need one with the deplorable condition of the roads. There were a lot of empty enclosures with no animals in them. They...More

Try to overlook the negative reviews. It’s a unique experience that is hard to find elsewhere, and one that my family enjoyed today very much. Yes, there are a lot of donkeys and llamas - but for most people, this isn’t a regular occurrence. Throw...More

Arbuckle Wilderness is one of the best drive-thru zoos I've ever been to; it's a wonderful place to bring children....which makes it fun for the adults!!!

No, AW is not setup for/meant for others to bring animals. AW is full of many, many different species of animals so bringing in another could present an issue/conflict anyways. It’s a wonderful place - enjoy!!!

It took about an hour to drive through and look around at the gift shop. They didn't seem to have a picnic area and there wasn't a place to get food in the park.
