This is an excellent little museum filled with so much of Bartlesville’s rich and interesting history. Driving through town, it’s obvious that there’s much more to the town than meets the eye, and the museum opens the door to that history. Its interactive exhibits are...More

The Bartlesville Area History Museum is a hidden secret in town! Take a trip to the 5th floor where you can experience what it was like in a one room school house. They have school marms who dress the part and even go through a...More

Wonderfully curated history of Bartlesville. Especially enjoyed push button recordings of Cherokee language lessons. Comprehensive history of families who built the town.

Frank Griggs, a historical photographer, greets you and tells you about the museum. His photo display shows the area and people through...More

Helpful staff with exhibits about the Indian and Oil folks that settled and build large companies. Visitors view the exhibits at their own pace. Not a real large place.
