The food was good and the ice cream excellent. A lot of people were there the Sunday we visited. I didn't think the workers were very motivated because of the slow service and amount of dirty tables. Some were more friendly than others.

We love stopping at the old mill for ice cream. They have great ice cream in a beautiful historic setting.

We drove out to this gem and was surprised to see that they were offering $1 ice cream for National Ice Cream day. We also checked out the museum area and fished in the pond. A lovely day trip place in Ohio.

This stop gives the traveler history, yummy treats, peaceful walk beside the pond and ducks, time to take a breath while traveling.
