What a waste of money this year. Could not use it enough. When I wanted to sign up for a time it was not available . They said I could come after 3 on the weekends but that’s when I go home. I like to go early AM and get out of there because of Covid. Couldn’t go Labor Day weekend. Tried 2 weeks in advance, all the slots were gone. And people don’t cancel when they decide not to go. I wanted to cancel for the next day the time I did go and the staff told me no one cancels, don’t worry about it. So someone could have gotten my slot that time. So they ran things very loosely. I wish I could get some of my money back but no one offered that when I called the park customer service line. Was not worth it this year and I am sorry I spent the money on a pass. And because they could not help me at all won’t get a pass next year. They lost a customer.…

Husband and I visited on July 3. We bought tickets & parking pass on line. We also made a reservation for 1030 which is when they open. They had two lines and we got in super quick and secured two chairs by the wave pool and headed straight for the cyclone. That slide is AMAZING. Th3 lazy river is a good time. We are mid 40s and enjoyed this park and plan on going back next week. Small locker is $10 for the day. Two large size beers are $20. They did a great job of spacing chairs out to social distance. Restrooms are clean. …

We were 3 families with our young kids it was a great fun time for all of us. I highly recommend this place in summer time everyone will get something to do and will become fresh from daily routine lives...hurray

My fifth third bank had a company day at the zoo and zoombezi bay. Gave us tickets for both places. Also food vouchers to the restaurants there as well. I had the best time at zoombezi bay. It was way too hot to be walking the zoo., so my fiancé and I went to the adult lazy river. I fell asleep because I was so relaxed and had such a great time floating on their single chair floaties. It was just perfect day to float and drink and be merry. I will say their drinks suck so badly. Only three options and they suck and are way too expensive. I was so throughly disappointed with their options. I opted from drinking any of them because there was nothing that was good. I did go to the wave pool and the funnel looking slide which were both fantastic. I liked their food options but the lines were so long due to fifth third company day and it being a Saturday. I was glad I came there early because after 12pm it was hectic and super busy. We left at 2pm because it was so busy and over crowded. I would recommend zoombezi bay to anyone. Just make sure you go there early to avoid the crowds.…
