You can always scan the used book building available for discounted prices. Craft, cooking, and card making classes. Area for pottery making class and garden spots. A great variety to explore and plan. Almost always something going on like nature and organic information and adventures for children included. Love this place, small but packed with so much to learn and... More

We came here for a mom's group get together and it was so much fun for the kiddos to run around, explore and play! We ate our lunches in the picnic area and really enjoyed the scenery and nature. Will return1

My husband and I enjoyed walking the grounds here. There are lots of thing to see. The geodesic building was my favorite. I would highly recommend visiting to people of all ages. I wouldn't suggest wheelchairs and would probably leave the strollers home. It was fairly muddy today after a few days of rain.

One of the best kept secrets of the area! Very cool place to spend and afternoon with the family. Fun, and educational. Plus, I believe the offer free rooms for meetings.

Whether you're visiting for a business meeting or stopping by for a program or a partner in community gardening, it is worth the investment of time. The business space is cozy and spacious. The grounds are well maintained and the mission of the 577 Foundation commands reflection of community commitment. One of my favorite parts of the 577 Fiundation is... More

All sorts of things to do. Great family activity. Lots of history, trails down to the river, and all sorts of classes, from pottery to literature.

The best activity ever for free. Looked for a donation box. It did not exist. Will return anytime we are in the area. What an incredible resource for the local community.

I first discovered the 577 several years ago, attending a retreat for a non-profit organization for which I volunteered. The gorgeous estate house is open only to non-profits for meetings, retreats, etc. However, there are many attractions that are open to the public daily; a "bee house" with a honey bee hive encased in plexiglass, an old log cabin, community... This place is an awesome place to bring youngsters. The pond with the huge fish, the beautiful gardens, and all kinds of things to see involving nature. There also are wonderful classes there for adults and the used bookstore is a real "bargain" for readers young and old. There is a good selection of reading material all for a small... More

We have been to the 577 several times and we love it. The gardens are so beautiful and the biodome is a delight to the grandchildren. We recently took the introductory pottery class and Julie is a great teacher.
