Plan to arrive early as the seating is first come, first served. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to departure and found our seats on one of the open cars. As the scheduled departure time drew near, the announcer kept repeating on the very loud...More

I thought there would be beautiful scenery. Not so much. Lots of what I would call ditchline. Some farm fields a couple creeks and some gravel pits. Lots of history on the local brick manufacturing. Don't take me wrong the train was interesting and the...More

I would not recommend this as an outing only unless you were staying in this very small town and it is the only thing you have to do. We made the almost 3 hour drive from Akron and were looking forward to a fun, scenic...More

This was a nice leisurely ride for those wanting the experience of a train ride. The volunteers are informative but the scenery wasn't overwhelming. This is a nice activity for a group or for young children.
