My two year-old and I visited The Holden Arboretum over the summer and I was in total awe over every gorgeous square inch. The Emergent Tower was awesome; the view even more so. The canopy in the trees was very cool; however, not so cool...More

The canopy and emergent tower offer great picture taking opportunities. On a clear day you can see all the way to the lake and the fall leaves color the view like a quilt. It is exhilarating making the climb and if you have a fear...More

It is a nice arboretum, however what I think puts this one above others I have seen is the emergent tower and the canopy walk! Those were worth it. My arboretum that is closer to me is free, but I didn't mind admission after the...More

I enjoyed the emergent tower and the seasonal decorations around the grounds but overall I was disappointed in this site. The canopy walk had a couple interpretative signs but mostly it seemed to be about a thrill than education or for views. The structure is...More

Beautiful grounds and lovely gardens. But the best is the spectacular view from the top of the Emergent Tower. It's an invigorating climb to a platform above the treetops and the view is amazing. The Canopy Walk is also a wiggly, bouncy, creaky lot of...More

Many beautiful trails to wander through and view breathtaking gardens of all sorts. Sit by a pond, or take in a summer concert. The Emergent Tower is incredible. On a clear day there are views to the lake. The Canopy Walk is fun as well...More

I don't think I've been to the Holden Arboretum since elementary school when we looked at leaves. Wow, how things have changed! If you are heading to Cleveland and have some time, or maybe haven't crossed the river, or left your neighborhood in awhile, this...More

Many stairs. I do not know how many but my guess is well over hundred. The closer to the top, the Stars get narrow. Think it would be very difficult for someone with a cane.
