We visited the glacial grooves around dusk on a Saturday evening and there was no one there but my husband and I. It was so cool to be able to see this site while it was quiet and getting dark. A little eerie especially while...More

This stop is in need of some rehabbing! It is cool to see the grooves and walk around the path, but there is not much in the way of attraction here. Signs need to be refreshed - in fact - it all needs to be...More

Absolutely stunning example of the power of ice against rock. A must see for any geology buffs or rock hounds. There are so few examples of this feature left, and Ohio is truly blessed to have one. It is free to visit, however, it is...More

Glacial grooves in the bedrock pretty awesome very nice information signage and walkway. This is natural history at its best. Wisconsin glacial period left giant grooves in the bed rock exposed during a quarry operation. Very nicely preserved and present it for the public.

This state run free park only takes 15 minutes to get around. 30 min if you really want to spend time. But one should not come to Kelly island without going here and if you are interested in geology it is good to come here...More

Definitely worth seeing, as it is free, open to the public and generally pretty inoffensive, Signs explain how they got here and will probably enthrall anyone who is not familiar with basic geology. Once you have seen them, however, there is generally not a huge...More

Wow! You don't see something like this everyday. Even if you don't like geology, it's worth seeing once
