This is a fun thing to attend. Most of the audience gets to play a minor part in the performance. You can take beer or drinks in so enjoy yourself.

This is one of the longest and best run little theatre presentations I have even witnessed. I would recommend this to anyone young, old or in between, however be prepared to be utilised in the play.

We happened to find this by accident just before it started at 5.30pm and so glad we did! It was hilarious and really involved the audience. Make sure you go and see this!!

Great, comedic, historical play. Not at all what I expected but heaps of fun. Definately don't miss it if you're in Strahan.

This is a must-see show with a history of showing for over 25 years. This show is for all ages with clever props, a history lesson, comedy throughout the show, audience participation and very talented cast. Having worked in the theatre restaurant industry for years,...More

At Strahan recently we saw this play' The Ship That Never Was'. The open air theatre with wooden tiered, cushioned bench seats quickly filled up with passing tourists. Some were worried about where they sat with a fear that they were to be picked to...More

Didn't see this. But it looked fantastic. Herd the audience laughing and interacting. Right outside the information centre in Strahan.

Was a great show, well worth the effort to attend, even if the weather was a bit cold the hot water bottles and blankets provided did the job. Awesome how all the children in the audience were included in the plat at some stage if...More

This is definitely a must do in Strahan. We went along as a family and found this to be very entertaining, informative and interactive. Lots and lots of laughs. Really well done production and worth going to.

This is a must when in Strahan the story tells of a true escape from Sara Island one of the toughest convict settlements. It involves great audience participation and is a laugh a minute.

It is just on the wharf in Strahan. In front of where the red boat leaves. You should not need to book. It was busy, but plenty of seating. You can book where you book cruises and train.
