Interesting guided walk around port Arthur historic place at night, bump into quite a few wallabies at night. Manage to take a suspicious picture, will post it on insta. 😲

The idea is interesting but the tour is so quick and, for my opinion, too expensive for what offer. Just walking around some buildings listening the stories about and that's it. Doesn't worth it

After our delicious dinner at Felons Bistro we joined a full house tour. We'd been given a tip by Felons wait staff and volunteered to carry the last lantern (something to do with the penitentiary and a creaky door, will say no more). Would have given 4 stars but our tour guide, while very knowledgeable and passionate, spoke very quickly... More

Our tour guide had the voice, the look and the acting skills to make this more believable. The stories told and the dark atmosphere coupled with lanterns made this experience authentic and a must do activity. This should be a mandatory activity if you're in Port Arthur! B

Took the ghost tour instead of visiting the historic site in the day. Our guide Tim was a fantastic guide who gave a us a vivid history of the site, with good ample eerie atmosphere throughout the 90min walk around the compound with just lamps in the group. A different and unique way to visit a historic site and its... More

I wouldn't bother hanging around for this. It was OK, but not the least bit spooky. We were there on the night of the super moon and it all looked amazing.

If we had our time again we would book the tour with the dinner package. Way better value than buying outright tickets. Found the tour guide to be very good but the tour was a little bit corny.

Even if you do/or don't believe in ghosts it's hard not to find the evening ghost tour a little eery. With only one day to spend (the next day) the ghost tour gave a perspective on Port Arthur & the guide provided heaps of knowledge. Really worth doing & the guide was fun, knowledgeable and was able to give you... More

The Ghost Tour is well worth to do , informative and you get access to some of the buildings that you don't get to go in during the day. Interesting stories and a different feel at night.

It was an overall enjoyable evening however I was disappointed we did not get to look around more at the attractions and explore some of the spooky places. The guide was friendly and knowledgable and had plenty of stories to tell, he even made me jump a few times. Overall I was a nice evening but the lack of freedom... More
