My wife and I have been on the spirit of Tasmania several times and still feel it's the best way to start your Tasmanian holiday. Can get a bit ruff on some crossings so not much fun if you suffer sea sickness 😞my wife wears magnets on her wrist which aid her with sea sickness but may not be for... More

We took our Landcrusier and Caravan over for a trip, loading was quick and easy. The cabin was comfortable and the ship was clean and well presented. Food was available from resturant or the shop, prices were ok. We booked some trips at the travel desk and received some discount. The cinema was good we watched a movie before retiring... More

A ferry service as expected with all the service to be expected. Check in and boarding was smooth, the food ordinary and expensive, the two berth cabin with shower and toilet quite alright. Tip: BYO everything and find a cosy corner to enjoy dinner. Spend some extra dollars and have a cabin if you travel as a couple, so much... More

We had a private porthole cabin, take your own pillows as the ones in our cabin were very old and flat, our doonas had rips in them and very thin too. the food outlets are overpriced and expensive for families , they also need to improve their coffee machines, but other then that its a great way to meet new... I would suggest getting a cabin if you are going overnight. I enjoyed the trip, watched a movie, had a large and good breakfast with facilities being of good quality. We took the car and found the whole process to be very efficient, easy to understand and nonstressful. It was a very rough trip over to Tasmania, so be prepared... More

We were so impressed by the professionalism of the crew throughout our whole trip. Every crew member we dealt with was helpful. The cabins were clean and well organised. The porthole cabin was fantastic for the view but the interior 4 berth cabin had much much more floor space. The ship provides portacots for infants - you just need to... More

We did a day crossing to Melbourne with no reserved seat and returned on a night crossing with a cabin. On the day crossing the ship was very crowded and you could not leave your seat for fear of losing it. There were no spare seats anywhere. Noisy bored children and some adults not much better. It was a real... More
