the hike to the falls in longer (plan on a day with littler kids) but the falls are beautiful. We rode horses - which were old, and expensive (I recommend haggling down to $10/person if you go that route.)

nice hike up a mostly flat, uncrowded trail to a very nice cascade. the pool was refreshing and don't miss dinner at Abuelo's on your return. 2-3 nites in this little town is a great getaway

There are two. The one in town is higher & more picturesque, the one farther away isn't anywhere near as high but is equally spectacular in a different way and well worth the hour horseback ride or 90 minutes hike it takes... More
