I went there, the mosaic paintings were dusty and hard to look at and there was these big flying bugs EVERYWHERE. Not to visit again

Located in deep countryside, reached by narrow lanes not fit for the faint at heart to drive on, the site offers some very interesting Roman mosaics, including some depicting gladiatorial images.

We travelled from Arundel. Google maps confirms that it is 31miles and approximately 45 mins to drive.(7am) I would say allow longer if travelling in time for it to open as there will be more cars on the road. I hope you... More
