A big green, grassy hill with the remains of an old building on top. From the top you can see across the levels. Car park just off the main road.

Burrow Mump gives a fantastic viewing point of the Somerset levels. Its shape is a complete contrast to the levels. Best times to visit are either early morning or evening to watch the sun rise or set.

Burrow Mump is a nice location to go and get so fresh air and see for miles around the location and to remove those Christmas Cobwebs before the onslaught of New Years Eve.

Great views, cosy pub five minutes walk away. Not a lot else to do. Car park is at foot of the mump.

If you have the energy to climb to the top of this mound ,you will have views of the bridgewater flats. It might not be as impressive as the tor but worth the climb. No steps but a steep slope and good shoes need .small...More
