Great views from the top of this. A car park RIGHT THERE (NE of mound, on left, off A361 as you come in from NE. Not a difficult or long climb... fine for 8 year olds.

It is fairly steep to walk up to the top but well worth it for a 360 view. You can't enter the church ruins.

The view of the Somerset Levels from the top of Burrow Mump is spectacular. The climb to the top is short but very steep - the view makes it worthwhile! Lovely to see the church ruins floodlit at night.

We cycled here in August and walked to the top with our bikes - best to do this from the nice open car park end, not from the pub/church end (where there is a small tight and steep set of steps up from the main...More

Good parking! No disabled access! Really good views around the area ! Steep climb to the top - avoid the sheep mess if you can ! Also acts as a war memorial!

We went up to the top of the mum on a clear sunny day, so the views were fantastic. This is a walk that you definitely need to do in trainers. The mum shares the land with sheep, and needless to say, you should pay...More
