Nice walk and good views
May 2021 • Family
There are some nice views and a pleasant walk up the hill. Lots of sheep poo to avoid though. Some good photos possible from the top.

Picnic with friends .
Aug 2020
Went here for a picnic with some friends on a nice sunny day in the summer, great views at the top bit of a hard walk but not to bad. Free car park which is great but on a sunny day may want to get there early as spaces might be gone. Nice pub just down the road for food and drinks.

Worth getting to the top!
May 2020 • Couples
We came here one late sunny afternoon, in semi lockdown. No one was out, easy parking and it isn’t too far to the top. The sheep were out and were very inquisitive.
Great old building at the top, lovely views of the Somerset levels.
Definitely worth the trip.

Burrow mump
Jun 2020 • Couples
We went onto the Somerset levels to a place called burrow mump near middlezoy ,I have never been there before, I drove my partner to the car park just outside the village of burrow bridge, it was a steep climb up about 75 feet, but if you walked around the base to the other side it wasn't so steep and when you got to the top ,what a view of the levels, it was a clear sunny day and was amazing, there was a small ruined chapel at the Top, there were a few people about but plenty of room for social distancing ,as ever it was so much easier coming down, what a lovely walk in the countryside

incredible views...
Jan 2020
Car parking available, NT members free.
This is a short but steep walk uphill on a slippery surface at present but it is so worth it for the wonderful views alone.
Mump it is, a small ruin to explore but its all about those views...

Beautiful Short Walk - Somerset 360s
Jan 2020
This was our first stop on our day tour of the Somerset 360s. We parked on the National Trust car park just off the A361, right next to the hill. Free for NT members, or there is a small box for a voluntary parking fee (think it suggested £2). Short but very steep climb up to the church at the top but beautiful views from the top definitely made up for it. We climbed the most direct route, but think it may be a little less steep if you walk around the bottom first and then up the other side. The easiest climb of the 360s, but was quite muddy and slippy so would recommend walking boots.
