The programmes here are most varied, I have seen the annual pantomime, classical music, jazz singing and Burlesque shows here. During the Summer season the theatre is open for guided tours, an experience well worth the small fee of £5 (£2 children). Richmond is indeed...More

Very interesting tour of this old Theatre which dates back genuinely to Georgian times. Lovely friendly ladies warmly welcomed us in and showed us round. Well worth the visit. We would love to go back and see a show there.

Excellent look back into a theatre of bygone age virtually in its original state. Very informative and friendly guide with great knowledge who made the tour very interesting. Excellent value for money for the entry fee.

We weren't expecting very much, a tour of a theatre, a very old one at that. The one hour tour flew by, the guide made it come alive (forgot his name, but others who had a woman guide had the same reaction). We learned much...More
