Our granddaughters enjoyed our first visit to Conkers especially the train and the play areas. We found the usual rip off with extra expensive with the fairy crafts advertised for half term just being colouring and a few items to glue on to an outline of a fairy but in the same building as the paint a pot activity. The... More

We keep our prices under review and will look at this activity but overall I hope you enjoyed your day and the additional free shows we put on every half term. More

Went especially to see Punch and Judy, very poor as work being undertaken in adjacent space thus barely able to hear the show even after paying £28 for the three of us. Things in discovery centre weren't working and the cafe/ restaurant was very dirty.

Sorry to read that our new 4D cinema work interfered with your enjoyment on the day. We are refurbishing the central area at the moment and all will be well. We will look into your comments on the restaurant as this area is usually spotless. We are just going through a refurbishment programme and adding a 4D theatre before Easter.... More

Went here on a Groupon offer, made it value for money. Not sure it's worth full price though but good value if you get the season ticket. Adventure playgrounds good fun. Additional extras are expensive so missed out on them. Place is looking a bit shabby and tired but there was enough to do for two 8 year old kids.... More

We asked our grandchildren (girl 12, boy 9) if they would like us to renew our annual pass for Conkers, we've been members for years and wondered if they might be a bit fed up of going. No doubt at all - yes renew the passes. We went this week and we were certainly not disappointed. Always lots to do,... More

Visited today with the voucher offered to us for such a diabolical fireworks event. Was really hoping it would change my opinion on Conkers but unfortunately it has not. If attractions were well kept and maintained it would be OK but most of the place is run down. A lot of the interactive indoor things are broken or not working.... More

Thanks for your review. Our team are working hard to get the 120 acres of ground back into good shape and the programme will be complete by Easter, but there's always a lot to do. Sorry if it was not up to scratch for your visit. More

We visited with our 10yr old grandson and we all enjoyed the day. Starting with the assembly of a scooter activity which set us up fine. We did lots in the two outdoor areas, even had a go at one or two of the teenage adventure activities (sshhh!). With the number of pre-teens looking longingly at it perhaps it's time... More

I looked for a meeting place for family with a 2 year old and we tried Conkers. The outside is fantastic with lots of paths, adventure playgrounds, maze, assault trail. Really well kept and so nice to walk around on a cold day. The little train connects the main indoor centre with the Waterside centre and event on it 4... More

We went here to see Santa with our youngest 8 year old. We had a lovely day. I booked our visit at 4pm so we could get the best of both worlds by seeing the place in the light and darkness. The Santas walk to the grotto was amazing. The whole thing was just magical. The warm cookies were delicious... More
