Next to the town library is this charming, small museum depicting scenes from the history of the town. There are photo-information boards about all the surrounding villages and artefacts from craftsmen and businesses that thrived in the town.

Popped into this lovely museum to find volunteers busy researching the heritage and history of Ashby de la Zouch for a future exhibition maybe. Such a fascinating town! There is a brilliant permanent display with a changing exhibition too. The current theme is of childhood...More
