These gardens are delightful. Have been to many gardens in the South East of England and I think these could be my favourite. So much to see, lots of interest and thoughtfully placed seating everywhere. I shall definitely go back again at another time of...More

Lovely gardens. A lovely wander round (you can take dogs). Also have a cafe and a restaurant. The gardens are beautifully kept and several different areas. Several benches giving you the opportunity to sit and enjoy the peaceful setting.

This attraction does not have its own car park so one would have to park in the Quayside car park a stone's throw from the entrance. Car park charges are £1.00 for each hour. The Salutation was the first 20th century building to be given...More

Lovely garden with great variety but entry price at £8 per person is too steep. A real shame that the plants aren’t all labelled and or gardeners on duty to help inform and educate. For the entry cost this should be a minimum provision

If you show the disability sign for your toilet, it would be kind to actually make it accessible. Only one toilet for garden visitors, that's not one for gents and one for ladies and one for disability - just one. And steps. A simple wooden...More

Like it's restaurant, overbearing, pretentious and just not pleasant. Unwelcoming to be honest, can't think of anything good to say, sorry.

We were attracted to the Salutation Gardens, after seeing an interview with the owner, during the BBC coverage of Hampton Court Flower Show. This garden absolutely lived up to expectations. The planting is varied, imaginative and attractive to gardeners and non-gardeners alike. There are loads...More

The head gardener, Steve Edney is well known in the County and a regular on Radio Kent's gardening programme. He and his team have done a great job after the floods of 2013 but one could feel that the price 'could be' lower than the...More

Yes, as long as they're on a lead. Also there is a water bowl in the potting shed/diy tea room for dogs too
