A nice way to spend a couple of hours. Good old fashioned edutainment. It's like stepping back in time.. great exhibits, learned a lot. An onsite cafe would have been a good way to end the visit. . Highly recommend. Went with my grown up...More

Can't believe how many animals they have here, I would really recommend this as a day out to anyone. Well worth the trip!

Just been to the museum with 2 children of 8 and 10. Really enjoyable afternoon with lots to see and learn. We all enjoyed the fleas dressed up, make sure you look out for them!

According to the website they're only closed between 24th and 26th December. I'd give them a call to check about New Years Day and the 2nd January though. They're usually open on bank holidays. If you haven't been, it's... More
