Great - but go early morning to avoid it being like Piccadilly Circus

Unusual almost black pool, not sure I liked that but can see that it is supposed to be a relaxing environment. Insufficient space based on size of hotel and number of users... read more

My husband booked me an overnight spa break at The Grove which included some treatments and full use of the spa facilities at Sequoia. It is truly amazing. The gym is small but well equipped and wasn't busy at all on the 2 mornings I went. The lady's changing area for the spa is immaculate and lots of extras like... More

The treatment was excellent but the staff at Reception sadly lacked basic good manners and do not make you feel welcome. Waited over half an hour in cold reception area without offer of a hot drink. When the treatment was complete had to ask to use a facility to wash face (greasy after use of oils etc) and was shown... More

Unusual almost black pool, not sure I liked that but can see that it is supposed to be a relaxing environment. Insufficient space based on size of hotel and number of users (probably non residential). No loo rolls in toilet on a busy Saturday afternoon and still none on Sunday morning (!) Lovely toiletries available for use with showers, also... More

Obviously not a place to go later in the day. The relaxation room looked anything but relaxing with old towels discarded on every bed, no water available just used glasses. When a member of staff came in to clear up after being prompted, the old towels were picked up folded and put on the bed - whilst I'm all for... More

Fabulous from start to finish. Without doubt the best spa I have ever been to. Staff are welcoming, relaxed, and the best treatments ever. Look out for spa day deals that include treatments and lunch. Approx £200. Worth every penny.

I was asked to come early and I was taken to the room nearly 10 minutes late (so I waited over 20 minutes). Considering the amount of money I paid the therapist was average and I had to ask her to 'tidy' things up.

Excellent treatment had the golfers combo which was provided by a very pleasant person. Albeit quite expensive and perhaps not great value for money. The experience was good

Had a couple of massages here and treatments very good. Nice atmosphere. Good selection of classes. Disappointed with the lunch area, seems you are put in a dark downstairs room, no atmosphere, bit of an after thought in planning the spa, when the facility has great views and outdoor space. If you go for a spa day I'd recommend lunch... More
