Visit this beach on a hot, fairly cloudy day but there was no wind and the beach felt really peaceful. The walk along the beach features interspersed park climbing frames for children to play on amd there are toilets and shops as along the beach.

The nice thing with Bexhill beach is that you can enjoy it from all sides. Of course the sea view is beautiful, especially on a sunny day. But also the coast view is worth while and reveals marvelous houses. You go right back to ancient...More

Bexhill has a safe beach for swimming. Excellent ice creams can be bought from the seafront kiosk and there are attractive seats to sit on & enjoy the view. Children can play on the wooden seafront climbing poles.

I went on the beach at Bexhill by the De La Warr Pavilion and again at Cooden Beach Hotel. Clean, but not comfortable to sit on or good for building sand castles.

Beach okay here. Clean and washed by the sea. Popular with locals and a few dogs. Pleasant sea front with gardens and some unusual buildings. Recommended.

We parked by the sea, so decided to walk along the road adjacent to the beach. The waves were fierce and the wind blusterous so we never ventured onto the beach itself. The view of the sea was nice, but not captivating. It may have...More
