An excellent couple of hours explanation of the methodology of distillation and the manner in which new enterprises of this nature are undertaken. Delivered with humour we had an outstanding young guide who really knew his 'stuff'

Visited Adnams Brewery on. Long weekend visit to Southwold. Very interesting tour and info given and rounded off with a wide range of beer tasting and the amusing anecdotes of the tour guide. Worth the visit.
