Steve really makes you feel welcome and treats you well. He makes some pretty impressive wines and he enjoys sharing them with customers. My personal favorite was the Say What? Made with chardonnay grapes, but tastes like a margarita. Very unique. Definitely yummy.. The restaurant menu is pretty impressive too. My husband's smoked cheeseburger was delicious. I had to try their white pizza...a perfect blend of flavors. Very unusual.

Like wineries? You will love this one. Very unique blends and flavors along with first class service. The tasting process was well thought out with owner, Steve, providing a play-by-play the entire way along. Many extras with the visit. Lunch was excellent and high quality. Like spicy stuff? Buy a bottle, or 6 of Jaleberry which is a blend of two red wines finished with a jalapeno pepper. The flavor is there with NO heat. This is an amazing wine. I wish I lived closer than 4 hours away as I would visit regularly. As it is, we bought a case of wine. Steve knows what he is doing with wine and you will like it. In these hard days for businesses, this is one you will want to support and they will appreciate it. A visit here will be the highlight of your vacation!

We were camping at Alum Creek and looking for something to do. With dogs. Lol. Very dog friendly btw. (And my dogs are a handful) We were lucky to chance upon this place. Not only was it a great time with the owner Steve - we learned a lot about wine. AND THE WINE! WOW. Do yourself a favor and stop here. I cannot tell you what to get because I loved them all. Steve will help you. We will be back. (After we drink our 7 bottles). Lol

Great winery. They were very nice and had us sit down and choose what wines we wanted to try. They had many different wines available. The white wines were good, and some of the "port" and "dessert" wines were very good. The owner provided some other good ways to drink their wine. The winery was a place that we discovered at the last minute. It wasn't a place that we were initially heading to. I'm happy we found it.

I needed to kill some time and stopped in for a bit. The “appearance/decor” was less winery and more bar, with a full menu of bar food. Black and white plastic checkered tablecloths covered every table, and in the corner, a stage for bands. Not the ambiance I was hoping for on a Saturday afternoon. I was the only one there for a bit and the ladies behind the bar were very friendly, although one was eating her lunch at the bar. I had time for four tastings and a single glass. Bought a bottle to take with me (I try to support the small businesses). What was disappointing was that of the over 30 different varieties to try, they were out of 14 of them! Fortunately, I’m a sweet wine drinker and was only missing out on a few options, while the couple that arrived after me were dry drinkers and only had a handful to choose from. I’ve been to many wineries around Ohio and unfortunately, because of appearances and lack of selection availability, this one ranks in bottom half for me. Friendly staff only goes so far.
