As Good as I Remember
Mar 2021
It was a sunny, Saturday afternoon in Cbus. JR#1 texted and said my daughter-in-law was taking a nap. He wanted to take a walk somewhere with Pops. We decided Antrim would be a good spot as it is halfway between our homes. Parking as usual was at a premium. The trail around the lake was not as crowded as the parking lots would indicate. There were people fishing, walking, & riding bikes around the lake. We rounded the pond three times for a total of 3.6 miles. The park was clean, the dogs were low in number and there were only a small handful of people wearing masks! I will let y'all decide if that was good or bad. I hadn't been to Antrim for years. It was and still is an decent place to walk.

A great view of water!

A lovely place to walk and get some fresh air! There is a clear walking path around a gigantic pond that accommodates a lot of walkers/runners.

Periodically there are benches to rest and trash can throughout.

Poo bags are available to clean up after pets.

A nice size deck is great for fishing

Terrific path for walking!
Aug 2019
If you are interested in taking a 1.2 mile walk around a beautiful body of water, this is the place to go. Quiet and unassuming, it's one of the best kept secrets in Northwest Columbus. Easy access and great scenery make this a top spot in my book!

Walk or Run the 1 mile path!
Nov 2018
the park is such a perfect place to walk because it is one mile around and that makes it easy to keep track of how far youhave walked. There are plenty of people strolling, walking, running, fishing, sending their dogs out to chase sticks in the pond so you won't feel lonely.

Great All-Around Park
Sep 2018 • Family
Antrim is a great park with a lot to offer. Walking, hiking, running, tennis, soccer, fishing... It is all here - and more. It is free with no fees or admission charges.
It can get quite busy and parking can be at a premium.

I love parks - this one gives you a feeling of Ohio!

You're going to get an amazing feel for dense parkland and cared for beautiful lands. Relaxing and lovely - you can wander and enjoy your time outdoors. Columbus is a college town so in between either business, science, sports or student life - a break with the green is always good. Wildlife in the sky and on land.

New Thanksgiving tradition
Nov 2017 • Family
We made our own turkey trot and jogged 4 times around the 1.2 mile trail along with many others and their furry friends. I noticed some new memorial benches and new concrete pads, many places to stop and enjoy the view when you're doing a leisurely walk around the lake. (There are no official or scientific differences between lakes and ponds.) The dock was also repaired extensively late this summer. From the lake, it's not a far jog north to under 161 to the Worthington section of the trail, or a little south, across the bridge and up the hill to High St. in Clintonville. I have also crossed Olentangy River Road from this parking lot into the Indian Hills neighborhood for a nice jog or bike ride. This gift from the Antrim family in 1970 is an excellent place to enjoy being healthy in the outdoors! There is a portapotty and community bulletin board in the parking lot area. If you drive in, you'll see a soccer field and picnic/shelter area.
