The 2016 "Opera in the Italian Garden" a free annual concert was the best ever this year with the addition of the Cleveland Ballet. This beautiful Renaissance garden on two levels has two large Renaissance fountains and reminds you of Italy. It honors Italian cultural greats like Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vince, Verdi, Virgil, Marconi, Giotto and Dante Alighieri. A must... More

The Italian ethic garden is probably the most developed of the 30 or more ethnic gardens in Rockefeller Park. Used for private and public functions. This should be near the top of your list when you visit the gardens..

The park is VERY nice. Nice place to take a walk, go for a run or relax, have a picnic and read. each section of the park represents a different people group who settled here. old bridges, stairs, Great place for pictures, a small creek with rock lining the walls. The park lines the winding MLK rd. Makes for a... More

This is the largest and most interesting of the gardens. It is commonly used for events (private and public) and should not be missed.

Just drove through the garden as it was December and the only point of interest were the different statues. I am sure it is beautiful in the growing season.

We are blessed in Cleveland with many great cultural areas. The men of means in our city's past set aside land to make this all possible. Take it all in. There is so much to see here.

Italian Cultural Garden has a Free, popular annual concert each July on the lawn, "Opera in the Italian Garden." Family friendly. Well know music from famous operas. Bring a picnic or purchase wood fired pizzas. Information: 216-916-7780

The Cleveland Cultural Gardens occupy a large track of land on either side of MLK boulevard from University Circle and the lake. There are at least two dozen different gardens for different cultures with flowers, statues, bridges. The Italian garden is the most prominent among them. The best season for visiting it is in the spring with the flowers, but... More

Beautiful gardens, well worth the drive up the MLK. We didn`t find any parking, so we just kept driving. (if there was parking, it wasn`t clearly posted). The flower beds and statues throughout the park were gorgeous. It looked like the perfect place for a wedding to be taking place.
