More
Spangler Candy Company is a family-owned private company making candy since 1906. Our products include lollipops, candy canes, and marshmallow candies. Visit the Spangler Candy Store for gift baskets, Dum Dums t-shirts, and candy! While your're there, be sure to drop by the museum to learn about Spangler Candy's history. Don't forget to buy a ticket for the trolley tour of the factory too! It's a great way for both kids and adults to learn about their favorite candy!

We went in with "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" dreams of grandeur. We boarded the trolly and headed off into the factory. We discovered that this was largely a tour of the distribution and packaging functions of the factory and not the actual production of...More

Very disappointed. The tour took us 3x around the warehouse. Mostly saw stacks of empty boxes and wood pallets. Staff was really friendly.

Don't confuse the "factory tour" with a factory tour - this is a warehouse and packaging area tour in a trolley/ electric train. Most of what you get to see of the manufacturing is shown through video presentations on the trolley as you are driven...More

Interesting displays showcase the history of candy that we were familiar with at one time. Nice selection of candy to choose from in the store. Reasonable prices on candy and dum dum apparel. The tour was much shorter and less thorough than we anticipated. We...More

Easy access; manufacturing facility for Dum-Dums (what we called lollipops back east); smells great if you like candy. Company is very community oriented. Could make lots more money moving facility to Canada or Mexico due to USA sugar premium (thanks Florida sugar barons/ farm lobby).

Excellent presentation of video materials. Tours are limited to number of guest so prepare to wait until enough available space.
