About
Beerenberg Farm is a "must visit" for all food lovers visiting the Adelaide Hills. One of Australia's oldest family-owned jam, condiment and sauce producers, it is now run by the sixth generation of the Paech family on their Hahndorf farm. Open all year round, 7 days a week (except Christmas Day), the farm shop is open 9am to 5pm. Enjoy a leisurely browse through the complete collection of farm-made products in the delightful farm shop. During strawberry season (November to April), bring the family and pick your own strawberries from 9am to last field entry at 4.15pm. Patch entry is $5.00 per adult (13 years and under are free). Strawberries you pick are then weighed and are $10.95/kg.

Good range of items
Nov 2021
This was a good stop with a large range of jams, relishes, dressings, chutneys and sauces. We thought the prices were good and the service very friendly. There is a lot of work going on here and we weren't sure if they were renovating or it was new and they hadn't finished setting up but I think when it is finished it will be a great destination.

Fun way to spend an hour at Hanhdorf
Oct 2021
The farm has a very good shop, stocked with lots of delicious-looking preserves, jams and other items. Some of the products are packaged in gift-box style containers.

We had a bit of fun at the strawberry picking, but were a bit put off by the $5 entry fee per person (one of our party is disabled and unable to pick, but still had to pay $5 to watch the others). The strawberries themselves, though, were plump and delicious.

Great stop - looking forward to future additions!
Jun 2021 • Friends
Ive been a Beerenberg Honey customer for some time - and recently saw a massive display of many Beerenberg products are my local Fruits & Veggie grocer in Brisbane, and looked further into their location, saw that they welcomed people to the farm - ........ and was close to where I would be visiting shortly!

Of course I visited at the wrong season for strawberry picking - but that was known before visiting.

So many products, local and fresh - have indulged in a few more I have not seen here in Brisbane. If not - I can buy direct from the farm!

Looking forward to later this year they will have their own coffeeshop to add to the location!

Amazing place
May 2021
The Beerenberg Farm is really just a shop outlet for there products. Positive is that you can find all their products here which you can't in your local supermarket. Expensive though.

Great place to visit
May 2021 • Couples
We popped in to here not knowing what to expect. We thought it might be a case of finding exactly the same product as you can at Coles or Woolworths. I was wrong.

The range is amazing and soooooo many things that are only available through the shop. The staff were very friendly and they happily shipped my consignment back to Canberra for me so I didn’t have to lug it around.

Well worth a visit.

Fun day out
Apr 2021
WE thoroughly enjoyed our day of strawberry picking. Visited over Easter but it wasn't too busy. The strawberries were plentiful, red and juicy. We also bought lots of jams and dressings from their store. Great service.

Delicious

Fantastic range of jams, relish, chutney, sauces, dressings and pastes. We buy these products in Qld and were looking forward to visiting 'ground zero'. We walked out with a box full of jars. You can pick your own strawberries when in season too. The Farm isn't a 'must do' though I'd highly recommend sampling their products if you see them in stores.

Strawberry Picking!
Mar 2021 • Family
I really love this activity and so does my granddaughter! You pay around $5 each and head across the road to taste and pick for yourselves the most amazing tasting strawberries you can imagine. The farm store is packed with their huge range of top quality jams (Strawberry is the best) and sauces. Great Australian producer!

Family visit

Fantastic range of jams, pickles and preserves. A lot you can't find in the shops. The strawberries you can pick are the best we've ever had. We didn't know strawberries can taste that good. You won't understand until you try them yourself. Honestly, no exaggeration.
