Less than 3 hours from Cairns.This is a must do experience exploring 400 million old formations of nature.Make sure you book in advance if visiting on a long weekend

Well lit caves and paths into 3 caves but many more you can explore yourself . Rangers give guided to the three main caves . unbelieveable whats under the pile of boulders

Crap a tour guide in chillagoe hub and head on to caves, supplied with torches and a fantastic guide, enter cathedral cave were once there was a wedding. continue your tour and you will see fossils in the rocks. A natural beauty.

No not at the location of the caves but the caves are not far away from Chillagoe main street where there is a pub and other food options.
