We went early morning so there was only my 2 children in.the instructor was great he showed them around and told them the health and safety rules then sat just at the entrance so he could be sure they were safe.they were in for about 50mins but came out because they were tired.great for a rainy day

Great fun!
Aug 2018 • Family
Went with another family kids from 7 to 13 and 2 adults. Quite a squeeze at times for adults both of us reasonably slim but tall I wouldn't fancy going in if I was a larger frame. Hot inside and not for the claustrophobic, definitely go for sports wear, I wished I'd had a sleeved top on not a vest, although it was hot as it was sticky and hard to push on you back, causing friction burn to shoulders. The instructor is knowledgeable and helpful and helmets with lamps provided. Great fun for all the family.

Great fun and value

Staff very friendly. Only £5 per child/adult. Great value. Group decides if they have lights on or off in tunnels. Helmets had torches. Great fun any weather. Recommend booking slot in advance. Great place. Try the clip and climb as well.

Great fun exploring all the twists and turns in the caves....Staff very friendly and helpful. Experience was challenging, but amazing. You need to wear gym clothing and trainers to be comfortable.

Scary Cave at the Wave!
Oct 2017 • Family
Visited here during half term, first time in what was a halloween version of the cave, prices were brilliant at only £5 per person and along with spacious free parking this attraction is superb value for money.
You get a run down from the instructor at the beginning and are fitted with a helmet.Kids had a great time, playing various scary games.
Enjoyed a hot chocolate from the cafe which was fantastic, would deffo return.

Visited with our 3 boys as on holiday in the area. Did caving and climbing and the boys loved it. Will be visiting climbing centre when we get home. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, especially Dan who was great with the boys and made the experience for them. Thanks.
